Whether you're navigating a difficult season, looking for clarity, or working toward personal growth, I’m here to support you. I love seeing clients grow in self-compassion, confidence, and resilience—it’s one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. My experience spans college counseling, crisis intervention, and outpatient care, working with individuals, couples, and families navigating a variety of life circumstances. Additionally, I have mentored therapists pursuing independent licensure, guiding them in developing their clinical approach. My faith shapes my approach, and I see therapy as a space for grace, growth, and hope. <image:caption>EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR “I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of relationships. This is what draws me most to the work of counseling - the opportunity to join with someone in the midst of their life story, often in the midst of its hardest and messiest moments, and to form a therapeutic relationship that can produce wisdom, courage, compassion, and insight. As much as I love the deep introspective work and clinical skill building that comes with counseling, what I really love most are the unexpected bits of humor and rapport and spontaneous conversation that happen along the way and often spark the most impactful elements of therapy. Prior to co-founding HCC in 2017, I worked in community-based mental health and served a wide range of people with diverse clinical needs, providing in-home family therapy, therapeutic mentoring, group therapy, and residential treatment. In addition, I have a background in youth ministry, church planting, and pastoral care as well as urban ministry with homeless and incarcerated individuals. In all of this, what stands out most is the relationships. That is where God first meets us - in transformative relationship with Himself and, outwardly from there, transformative relationships with one another. Outside of my role at Harbor, I am also a husband and a father of three, an avid basketball and football fan, and a New Englander by choice (by way of Texas) trying to soak up as much seasonal beauty as possible.” Education: MA Counseling, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary | Master of Divinity, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary | BA, Westmont College Additional Training / Certifications: Prepare/Enrich Facilitator Specialties: Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Adult ADHD, Men’s Issues, Stage of Life and Identity Crises, Leader Care, Couples/Marriage Approaches: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Existential Therapy, Spiritual Formation, Family Systems, Gottman Method for Couples, Motivational Interviewing</image:caption>

<image:caption>SENIOR CLINICIAN “I strive for and find deep fulfillment in providing a safe and empathetic space for clients to share their story. It’s an honor to walk alongside clients through different seasons of life, support their emotional healing, and witness their growth in self-compassion and self-advocacy. My approach is shaped by my multicultural background—growing up in South India and living across the U.S. exposed me to diverse faiths and cultures, influencing how I connect with clients from all walks of life. Faith plays a central role in my work, guiding me as I integrate spiritual reflection and values-based coping skills when clients desire it. Outside of therapy, I love trying new foods, getting outdoors with my husband and corgi, reading, baking, and re-watching The Office!” Education: MA Counseling, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary | MA Religion, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary | BA, Baylor University Additional Training / Certifications: Gottman Level 1 Training, Prepare/Enrich Facilitator Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Family & Peer Relationships, Codependency, Trauma, Cultural Transitions, Grief, Spiritual Integration Approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Gottman Method for Couples</image:caption>
